 So as I was saying, girls...Dont strip your hair. But if you do, dont panic! Go to your nearest beauty supply store, or go to discountbeautycenter.com and order PROFESSIONAL hair color. Be Careful Little Hands What You Do! (:

So, my natural hair color is dirty blonde. One day, I was in Dollar General and saw some burgundy  hair color..I thought ohhhh what the heck. I was spontaneious! I died my pretty blonde locks the complete opposite of the color wheel. Bad decision. Here I am, about a year later bleached blonde.. How is this? You may ask. I just used a hair color stripper. The chemicals in the stripping system litterally STRIP the bad color out....Yeah, I went from faded red to blonde in half an hour. So girls, next time your thinking of trying something new, GO.TO.A.SALON! The on the shelf hair color takes FOREVER to get out, not to mention getting the bad stuff removed is expensive and terrible for your hair!. So, be careful little hands what you do, or your hair may suffer.

Secrets(:

 One secret to clearer Skin is peroxide and toothpaste! Whattt?!, you might say. Toothpaste is formulated to dig deep inbetween teeth to kill bacteria and things not good for your teeth. First, wash your face with regular soap. This will get all the oil and dirt on the surface off of your skin. Next, take about the amount of the length of the tip of your finger in toothpaste and rub it all over your face. *Make sure your face is wet with warm water before applying toothpaste. Let the toothpaste sit for about a minute to two minutes time then wash it off. After it is all rinsed off, take a medicated facial cleanser and wash your face with it. My favorite facial cleanser is Clearasil Acne Clearing Scrub. Leave this medicated scrub on for 5 minutes, wash off then pat dry your face. . On the other hand, if i have a troublesome zit I will wash my face and then put peroxide on my zit with a Q-tip! The peroxide is also designed to remove bacteria, so it cleans the crap out of my zit! This became routine for me and my mom said she noticed a difference two days after I started

 One secret to a better body is early morning excersize! Im naturally skinny, which is a blessing, but skinny people still need to look out for their body. Every morning when I get up I do 30 crunches, 10 sit ups and 5 push ups! This gradually tones my stomache, shoulders, wrists and arms, maintaining my beach body all year long!

 One secret to smoother legs is epsom salt scrub! First, you get a cup or something to hold liquid in. When you get the dish /cup you fill it with 1/2 cup mixed oil, 1/2 cup epsom salt and 1/4 cup sugar. Mix thoroughly to make sure all the oil, salt and sugar is mixed together. You may have to add more oil, but you just have to have all the grains soaked in oil. After you shave take a handful of the mixture and rub all over each leg. This exfoliates the skin and makes them as smooth as a babys butt! If you want the mixture to have a scent, mix in about 10 sprays of your favorite perfume.

 One secret to longer looking eyelashes is using a heated eyelash curler! First, take your eyelash curler and run it under your hot hair dryer for 10seconds. Next, touch your finger lightly on it to make sure it isnt too hot. Next, curl your eyelash with the warm curler and hold for a count of thirty seconds. After the eyelash is curled take clear mascara and apply gently on curled lash. Repeat on other side. When clear mascara is COMPLETELY dry take and apply black mascara over it. If lash is being weighed down after black is applyed curl with no heat.

When is It, uh.. A little too much?

 Girls, girls. Some of us have such a fascination with how well certain foundations can cover up acne and other marks on your skin. That's what its supposed to do! However, you shouldn't be able to SEE the grains of foundation.
 Personally, i don't use foundation. For 1, its bad for the skin and clogs pores 50% more then just sucking it up and not using foundation. Second, its a hassle when your in a hurry. Late for the bus? Yeah, then your all unconfident because you don't have a second skin covering up what your natural skin has 'wrong' with it. Third, liquid makeup can leave lines or marks. THOSE are embarrassing/:
  I have no problem with foundation or the people who use it. But really? At least make sure its natural looking...You don't wanna look fake enough to make Barbie jealous. When you DO apply foundation, dip it in the powder and then blow on it to get the heavy stuff off. A Waste? You might say. Well, do you wanna look like you dipped yourself in baking flour or a person? Brush on lightly over imperfections and get on with it. Find eye shadow tones that are pretty yet bold, and nobody is gonna stare at your zits.
 Some makeup I might recommend is Mary Kay Mineral Foundation or Loreal True Match Liquid Foundation.

 Today my topic is about how schools pressure you into extra curriculars! Well, to be frank, they dont pressure you into doing them but they stress you out when you do take part! You have practice every day in the morning or at night or right after school! Plus, during the school year you have homework and family to juggle too. The lesson that you may learn from this is that if you dont love it, forget it and move on. Persay you love the sport but its just not your thing? Become a stat or a manager. Problem solved, half the work and you dont have to worry about untimely practice or hectic schedules.
 Not only is all this stress tiring, its not good for you!!! Its a proven study that teens/adults that have less then 8 hours of sleep on a somewhat regular basis have worse skin than the ones that sleep well! There are many other ways that stress is bad for your skin. Stress causes premature signs of aging and wrinkles, meaning that you could develope age spot and wrinkles at 20 years old from the stress you've dealt with in previous years.
 All in all, sometimes extra curriculars just arent worth it. Consider pros and cons before you decide to try a new sport.
