Fall Collection.

So, ladies. Its officially Fall, and I think mother nature has made that perfectly clear. But really whats not fun about catching a football game with the girls, or hitting up a friends house for a late night bonfire... Even though its a little chilly.. DONT let that cramp your style!

Outfit Number 1)

Starting off the outfit, grab a sock hat supporting your school or matching your outfit! With my experience, if you cant get your hair to fall right on top then a sock hat covers for you. (:

Continuing on down.... A cute pea coat or crop pea coat over a white shirt looks cute and keeps you warm!

The pants are one of the biggest parts of your ensemmble. You can have one million amazingly cute tops, then ruin the whole outfit if you wear the wrong pants. With this outfit, Rue 21 fits the gap. These skinnys are faded between a dark and light mix to give it the right look against the grey of the top. The cute patches and tatters add to the rough, fall look as well.

The shoe is singlehandedly the peice that makes the outfit. Toms, have become very popular. Toms are similar to mocasins, keeping your feet warm while maintaining a vey stylish look. toms are also flat bottomed, ensuring you dont look like you tried to hard... nobody wears heels to a football game. Are you kidding me?

 Oufit Number 2)

Starting off at the top, we have a faded baseball hat. Get one of these hats that support your school, and sport it at football games or even a bonfire! Sporty guys dig sporty girls. Who would have ever put that obsessive pink loving girly girl with the star football player? The best part about these hats is that it can work with any type of hair style. Curls? Straight? Wavy? Can add a cute flare to your regular do.

For our top we have a 'Varsity' line hoodie by Aeropostale. These jackets go well over a school t-shirt or cami. Plus, we all know those overcast days might bring a little rain so your prepared with a hood and warm jacket!

Well, we could pretty much put together, that faded jeans go with mostly anything! The dark to light pattern on these jeans matched the hat and jacket and looks worn in for a casual look. Cold outside? Throw on some leggings underneath and youll be nice and warm, the whole night!
Toms, for the win yet again! Toms go great with anything and the have
all kinds of crazy colors and patterns to match any occasion! comfortable
and stylish.(:

Ode, To Vitamins.

I know, I know. Vitamins sound like a pain, but they can help you in so many way! Keep on top of these and they will have you looking your best everyday!

Example 1) Omega 3 Fish Oil - Fish oil is essential. I put this on the top of my list because it does soooooo many great things.
          • Protects against breast cancer.
          • Weakens cramps and other symptoms of your time of month...
          • Protection against osteoporosis.
          • Reduced risk of heart disease. Come on... Nobody wants heart disease.. (:
Example 2) Vitamin C - So, unlike the majority of animals, humans can't make their own vitamin C, so we need to take some in order to benefit. I take chewable vitamin C by Shaklee...love my chewables!
          • Vitamin C is crucial to a healthy amune system.Don't wanna get sick!
          • It also plays an important role in the synthesis of a neurotransmitter that’s vital for brain function.
          • Also, it creates and maintains energy. Im an athlete..I need plenty of that!
Example 3) Calcium - Yeah, we all know..Strong bones and teeth! It been preached into us since we were old enough to listen without saying 'I know, Mom.' But strangely enough.. Thats not quite it!
          • SB&T
          • Eases and prevents muscle contraction.
          • Treats and prevents osteoporosis.
          • Heart healthy, preventing heart disease!
          • Also believed to contain cancerous cells, thus preventing it altogether(:
Example 4) Vitamin A - One of the less thought of vitamins... nobody ever thinks about Vitamin A../:
          • Prevents cancer!...thats DEFINATELY a plus.
          • Improves vision and prevents night blindness.Yes, it gives you night vision.(;
          • Guards us against bacterial, viral, and parasitic infections.
          • Can improve skin condition, healing acne and imperfections.
          • Prevents wrinkles.
          • Lowers cholesterol.
These are just a few of my choice vitamins... But they are VERY valuable to your health. (:
